2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 644 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Section 304(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that three persons on a motorcycle snatched the informant's mobile phone, and while trying to flee away, the petitioners were caught while the third, Anshu Kumar, managed to flee away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. No

Learned counsel further submitted that petitioners have no concern with the recovered mobile phone. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 18.06.2025 and have one criminal antecedent each.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 644 of 2025.
