Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner, a country made pistol and cartridges were recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts of this case aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8271 of 2018 (4) dt.23-04-2018 below where the case is pending in connection with Fulwaria Police Station Case No.106 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
