JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 18.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60889 of 2025, the petitioner was granted regular bail but due to inadvertence in paragraph no.3 of the said bail application, it was mentioned that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

2. The pairvikar of the petitioner had no knowledge about the one criminal antecedent of petitioner and even in the impugned rejection order of the learned Trial Court dated 29.07.2025 also it was not mentioned. In view whereof, the petitioner seeks permission to bring on record the said fact and he seeks unconditional apology for the inconvenience.

3. From perusal of the order dated 18.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60889 of 2025, it is found that in paragraph

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74605 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 no.4, it is recorded that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the sentence "Petitioner has no criminal antecedent" be read as "Petitioner has one criminal antecedent" in the order dated 18.09.2025.

5. To the above extent the aforesaid order dated 18.09.2025 is modified.

6. Accordingly, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of.
