JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Vide order dated 11.12.2019, case diary was called for and provisional bail was granted to the petitioner. The Court on consideration of materials available on record is of the view that the allegation of assault by the petitioner on Bimla Devi stands negated by Bimla Devi in her deposition.
