The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in judicial custody since 17.09.2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-2nd
