JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 31.12.2017, seeks bail in Hisua PS Case No. 87 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that dead body of a girl was found thrown after keeping it in a sack, the FIR was lodged against the unknown.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner's daughter had eloped with two boys, however no case was instituted but she returned back after few days, but again fled from the house but the petitioner did not lodge the case as he suspected that she might have eloped again and searching her; now the petitioner has been made accused after two and half years of institution of the FIR, earlier the petitioner also filed criminal writ for proper investigation of the case and now the petitioner has been made accused in this case.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that it is a case of honour killing, the police has reached to this conclusion in the investigation.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9515 of 2018 (6) dt.10-05-2018 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Anil Kumar @ Anil Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nawada in connection with Hisua PS Case No. 87 of 2014.
