JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kesariya P. S. Case No. 314 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201, 120B of IPC. As per F.I.R. petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and there is allegation of demand of Rs.2 lacs, for that, she was subjected to torture and killed. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, he was at Karnatka where he is working and he has not taken the deceased with him, as such, she has committed suicide and in the presence of her make, disposed of the dead body. Further submission is that matter has been compromised between the parties.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I

However, he has to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of the materials available in the case diary.
