2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that informant gave total Rs. 12,31,784/- to petitioners on different dates for providing the labour at his brick-kiln, but petitioners neither provided any labour at the brick-kiln nor returned the alleged money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners themselves were labour and were working at the brick-kiln of informant. As a matter of fact, when these

No.72355 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 petitioners started negotiating about payment of their dues, this false and concocted case has been lodged by informant only to pressurize these petitioners. There is no chit of paper to substantiate the allegation made in the F.I.R. Moreover, the dispute arises out of money transaction between the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the nature of dispute and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati at Gaya in connection with Bankebazaar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
