Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 406, 304B, 120B, 201 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is father-in-law of the victim of dowry death. Husband is already in custody. The allegation is general and omnibus of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The petitioner is in custody since 08.11.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11545 of 2018 (4) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Mirganj Police Station Case No. 281 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
