2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Danapur P.S Case No. 552 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 317 (5) of B.N.S of 2023.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is caught with stolen motorcycle and mobile phones.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that has got clean antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner is in judicial custody since 28.05.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent as stated by the learned counsel in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S Case No. 552 of 2025.
