The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 206 of 2017, S.Tr. No. 697/17, registered under Sections 328 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that informant receiving the information telephonically reached to the matrimonial home of her daughter and found her dead along with her two sons and it is alleged that her husband and in-laws used to torture her for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry and killed them by giving poison.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old man and she committed suicide along-with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1600 of 2018(7) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 her children. He was also living separately from his son and daughter-in-law and he is in custody for last one year. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely Bijendra Chaudhary is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with Sessions Trial No. 697 of 2017, arising out of Chandi P.S.
