Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

The name of petitioners was disclosed by coaccused, who was caught on the spot with illicit liquor. Moreover, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioners.
