Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) PS Case No.289 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that only on the basis of recovery of mobiles of ZIOX and SAMSUNG company from possession of the petitioner, which are his personal mobile, he has been made accused in this case, however, IMEI numbers of the looted mobiles and the mobiles recovered from possession of the petitioner do not match.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Sadhu Yadav @ Rajesh Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
