JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 09.07.2019 seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 (G.R. No. 7283 of 2018) instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.

However, this Court observes that if the trial is not concluded within a reasonable period of time, it
