Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has stated that her age is about 20 years and she is major and no one has abducted her rather she willingly left her house and married with this petitioner in a temple and later on got her marriage
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76118 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 registered on 04.05.2023 before the marriage Registrar, Bettiah, West Champaran (Annexure-2). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Sangrampur P.S.
