Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Noorsarai P.S. Case No.268 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

On secret information that both the petitioners are illegally selling liquor, the police raided the cow shed as well as the house of the petitioners and recovered four litres and three litres country made liquor from their respective cow-shed and the house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the recovery was made from the cow shed and the house but it appears that the police got information about selling of liquor by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68490 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 both the petitioners and only thereafter a raid was conducted and recovery was made.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
