2. Pursuant to the writ Court's order, the petitioner was earlier given the post of Block Teacher, later, taking into account the order of Hon'ble Apex Court, he was offered the post of Clerk, which is a class-III post. The petitioner as per the latest letter sent by him to the District Programme Officer,

Patna High Court MJC No.4294 of 2019(4) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 Establishment, Begusarai duly received in the office on 12.02.2024 and which is a part of the reply to the show cause filed by the petitioner himself, he is insisting on providing the post of regular Teacher and not on the post of Clerk.

3. The petitioner has been provided an employment out of turn as compassionate appointment in this country of one hundred and forty million people. However, he is insisting on a particular post for which, he should file a fresh petition before an appropriate Court. Alternately, if the think it is below his dignity to serve as a Clerk, he always has the opportunity to quit and appear for the U.P.S.C.

4. Sitting in contempt Court, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

5. MJC No. 4294 of 2019 stands disposed of.
