====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Shri Yogesh Chandra Verma and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that this is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail, as earlier, his bail application was rejected by order dated 24.01.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 47949 of 2021.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner next submits that subsequent to reject this bail application, certain developments have taken place, it is next submitted that charges have been framed against the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail application and submits that, earlier, his bail application was rejected on the ground that he was alleged to be one of the assailants of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1465 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 and the FIR was instituted by the son of the petitioner. The Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in the nature of allegations.

Accordingly, the present bail application stands rejected.
