Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the presumption of dowry death is not there against the petitioner as the petitioner has got a daughter aged about 9 years from the victim besides a son. Moreover, the allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15020 of 2018 (4) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur Police Station Case No. 135 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
