The petitioners are aggrieved by the order as contained in Annexure-17 by which the appointment of the petitioners on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra are found illegal on the ground that the petitioners were below 18 years of age on the date of advertisement for recruitment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra.
After some argument, learned counsel for the
Patna High Court CWJC No.21952 of 2019(2) dt.09-01-2020 2/2 petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the District Teachers Appellate Tribunal against the order of their termination issued under the signature of Block Development Officer-cum-Member Secretary, Prakhand Niyojan Samiti.
Prayer is allowed. This writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
