JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Wine Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.09.2019, on the accusation that the apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner saying that the seized liquor belonged to the petitioner.
