This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58126 of 2021 whereby the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of the order.

For the reasons mentioned in this modification application, it is allowed.
