Petitioner is in custody in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 341 of 2019, Special Case No. 7183 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 50 liters of Mahua Wine was seized.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
