Smt. Asha Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, in custody since 17.10.2017, seeks bail in connection with Khajauli P.S.Case No. 79 of 2017 registered under Section 392 of the Indian penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he was put on T.I.P. and the only material against him is disclosure of his name in the confessional statement by co-accused, however, petitioner has clean antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Om Prakash Mishra @ Mukesh Mishra, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
