Mr. Sri Arbind Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-05-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having apprehended a Bolero vehicle and assaulted the inmates of the said vehicle as well as the said accused persons are said to have stolen articles and L.C.D. from the said vehicle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a non F.I.R. named accused person and his

It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 18.01.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Samastipur, DistrictSamastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 244 of 2017.
