Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri. Rabindra Kumar. 2.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 142 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of Arms Act. 3.

Learned APP, at the outset, submits that from perusal of Annexure-1, it manifests that the trial against the petitioner is going on. It is next submitted that petitioner has antecedent of nine cases and as such is a criminal. It is also submitted that if petitioner is released on bail during pendency of the trial, he may abscond, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that if privilege of bail is granted to the petitioner, the petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to prove his innocence.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail considering his antecedents.
