JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-04-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under sections 302/201/34 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication since there was intimacy between the victim Tunna Ray and Guria Kumari, daughter of petitioner no.1 and sister of petitioner no.2.

This Court finds that the circumstances clearly suggest that it is a case of honour killing and during investigation it has transpired that the petitioners killed the victim. Petitioners are in custody in connection with this case since 6.10.2017 and 4.11.2017 respecstively.

Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the moment. The
