The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 04 of 2019 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 8/20(b)/(ii)/C/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance, Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.05.2019. He further submits that in the instant case 5 kg. Ganja was seized but nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the seized Ganja.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
