====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50613 of 2025 to the extent of correction in the date of custody of petitioner and extension of period of surrender.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, date of custody of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as '30.04.2024' instead of '29.03.2024', as such, same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 12.09.2025. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary corrections in the order.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, let the date of custody of the petitioner in submission part of the aforesaid

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76953 of 2025(2) dt.28-11-2025 2/2 order be read as '29.03.2024' instead of '30.04.2024' and further four weeks' time from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the court below, subject to deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond. This amount may be utilized by the Civil Court concerned in purchase of furniture and beautification of the court premises.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 12.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50613 of 2025 is modified to the above extent only.
