JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State as also the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. Petitioner, already in custody since 25.1.2018, seeks bail in Ppra PS Case No. 12 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is that he and Bhuer assaulted the informant's son on his head and leg but the injury reports issued by the Medical Officer shows only one lacerated wound on the left leg and that is not vital part of the body and the petitioner has been in custody since 25.1.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Janardan Pandit @ Indal Pandit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM III, Supaul in connection with Pipra PS Case No. 12 of 2018.
