JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 8(b)/18 of the NDPS Act.

The petitioner was arrested in connection with seizure of 10 trees of opium.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.2.2018. She has no criminal antecedent.. The petitioner is a lady and she was not aware of the opium tree kept inside the house.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is lady and she has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28018 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2018.
