1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed a representation assailing the notice passed under Section 13 (2) of the SARFAESI Act 2002, the said representation remains undecided. In the light thereto, he prays to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise all objections which he has raised in the present writ petition before the appropriate authority.

2. In view of above, while the writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn, the respondents are expected to decide
