It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in Cr. Misc. No. 33081 of 2019, petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but in the petition the name of the petitioner no. 2 was typed as Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh in stead of Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh @ Deepak Kumar and petitioner no. 3 Rahul Singh in stead of Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar. It has further been submitted that name of the father of the petitioners was also wrongly typed as late Manu Singh in stead of Late Manu Singh @ Manoj Singh.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70433 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 The order dated 23.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33081 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner no. 2 be read as Deepak Singh @ Dipak Singh @ Deepak Kumar, petitioner no. 3 be read as Rahul Singh @ Rahul Kumar and name of the father of the petitioners be also read as Late Manu Singh @ Manoj Singh and period of surrender of the petitioners is extended by four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
