Versus
1. The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Sanjiv Sharan, Adv For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Harendra Prasad, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 03-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP.
Show-cause (annexure-A) has been filed on behalf of Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad wherefrom it is evident that all the witnesses have already been examined. As such, accepted. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that now, in order to linger the trial, the prosecution has prayed for permission to have fresh witnesses examined. That happens to be a different issue and if so aggrieved, the petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
There happens to be no cogent reason to revisit the earlier order by which prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Consequent thereupon, prayer for bail is rejected. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
