Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Harpur P.S.Case No.24 of 2019 dated 17.3.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per FIR, 157 and odd ltrs. of foreign liquor was recovered from a Maruti-Suzuki 800 Car and the petitioner happens to be owner of the Car.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she is a lady and even FIR discloses that she was not present there and she had handed over the car after the death of her husband to the son-in-law of her sister , as such she has falsely been implicated in this case as well as she is having no criminal antecedent . She is also ready to abide by any condition imposed upon her.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sri Mahesh Kumar, Addl. Sessions Judge III cum Special Judge (Excise) Munger in connection with Harpur P.S.Case No.24 of 2019 dated 17.3.2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
