JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 482 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations made in the complaint as also the statement made by the petitioner in paragraph 3 that he is accused in fifteen other cases of more or less of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same should be considered and disposed of its on merit without
