====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 108C of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Complainant in her complaint petition stated that on 16.04.2016 her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner. It has been stated that after marriage she was tortured by accused persons including petitioner due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. It has been further stated that on 02.01.2017 accused persons tried to set her on fire.

He has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.02.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Complaint Case No. 108C of 2017.
