The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 registered under Section25 (1-b) a/26/35 Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no concern with co-accused persons. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in

No.72655 of 2019(4) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
