The Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S.Case No. 129 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 406, 420 and 379 of 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of brutally assaulted the informant, causing injuries and the occurrence had taken place only when the informant demanded her money, which has been deposited by the petitioner, when working as an agent in Kolkata Ware Pvt. Ltd Company.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has no concern with the above named company and

No.44955 of 2018 (3) dt.06-09-2018 2/3 the person, whose money has been deposited, has not been examined and there is no allegation of assault against the petitioner and the petitioner was only working as an agent and he had given money receipt to the informant but the informant had not produced any document for supporting her case and the petitioner has clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Rupees Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S.Case No. 129 of 2016, subject to the following conditions:- i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. ii) The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.
iii) It is made clear that if petitioner found involved
