The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 142/2019 registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that marriage of daughter of the informant Guput Chouhan was performed with G.K. Lal Chouhan, son of Kishore Chouhan, resident of Sareja, P.S.- Rajpur, District-Buxar. After sometime G.K. Lal Chauhan performed his remarriage with one Arti Devi and kept her in house thereafter disturbance initiated and his daughter was being assaulted by her husband and inlaws. After receiving injuries daughter of the informant was served with poison forcibly, due to administering poison daughter of the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68234 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 died.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact due to performing remarriage by G.K. Lal Chauhan quarrel started in between G.K. Lal and daughter of the informant due to that reason daughter of the informant consumed poison,but with ulterior motive the petitioner being the mother-in-law has falsely been implicated in this case and she has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No.142/2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Prakash Narayan /- U T
