Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In huge quantity, Indian made foreign liquor was recovered but admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and except the confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against him, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
