The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.194 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the husband of the informant by assaulting him brutally with lathi, danda and rod.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
