This is an application for modification of order dated 17.04.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Cr. Misc. No. 24703 of 2019, whereby allowing the anticipatory bail, the petitioner was directed to enlarge on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought extension of time for surrender before the learned court below and submitting that the petitioner could not furnish bail bound before the learned court below because he was not aware about the order of this Hon'ble High Court, since the petitioner had

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81823 of 2019(4) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 gone out of the State for his livelihood.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and furnish bail bond within four weeks from today.
