2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 989 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the Branch Manager of LIC and he is accused of committing fraud and releasing double claim in 97 cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in jail since 2.8.2023.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
