JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State as also counsel for the Informant. In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bodh-Gaya P.S. Case No. 740 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 354, 309, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made against the petitioner that he used to forcibly enter into the house of the Informant, assault her as also used to misbehave with her.

From the case diary, it appears that the petitioner has been granted police bail under Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68452 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, his case will be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed in the case of Mahendra Yadav @ Mahendra Prasad Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. reported in 2004 (3) PLJR 491.
