Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 14.07.2022, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.189 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302, 304(B)/34 of the IPC and 3⁄4 Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No.70315 of 2022.
