The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 31 of 2017 arising out of Jogbani P.S. Case No. 201 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 8/20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act. Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 110 gram of Ganja from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
