2. The grievance of the petitioner is that prior to 2019, he was a full member of the committee but his membership status was reduced and he has been shown as co-member in the voter list 2024.

3. The petitioner may raise his grievances before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16735 of 2024(2) dt.29-10-2024 2/2 Election Officer, Co-operative Society-cum-Block Development Officer, (Respondent No. 7) Aurangabad, who shall decide the representation of the petitioner, and if the petition is filed within 7 days before the date of commencement of nomination, his representation must be decided before commencement of the nomination.

4. The order so passed by the Election Officer shall be communicated to the petitioner before commencement of the nomination.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
