The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51100 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 30325 of 2015 and the case of this petitioner stands on similar footing. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73692 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 rotting in judicial custody since 23.08.2019. Hence, the petitioner may be enlarged on regular bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 174 of 2013.
