2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahila Saharsa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 126(2), 115(2), 65(1), 88, 96, 109, 139 and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of abducting the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 28.06.2025. He further submits that

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 BNSS, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Saharsa in connection with Mahila Saharsa P.S. Case No. 22 of 2025 subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in can-
